Creating art is a passion of mine. I love the process of practicing and honing my skills in terms of figuring out what makes a picture work for me. As such, I can be found making art in my free time quite often. I primarily use Procreate as drawing software, though I’ve also experimented with creating art using Adobe Photoshop, Blender and Heavypaint. For inspiration, I mainly look outside and to the things I love. For example, hobby’s like a video game or a good show can spark inspiration in me, but also the way the light falls on some delicious looking food I’ve ordered. This way anything can be interesting to capture in brush strokes, if I keep looking for it.
Some examples of the artwork I made can be found on this page. In this section, the illustrations are all either personal work or fanart.
In this section, some of the illustrations I made for N1-UP.nl can be found, a Dutch Nintendo news website I volunteer for. I made artwork for various purposes: from logo explorations to a Christmas card, to a Twitch overlay.
Lastly, I also enjoy making more graphic design work like infographics. When making such infographics, I combine my skills in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign as well as my skills in drawing.
